Temporary Placement

Do you want the flexibility and freedom to try out different jobs, industries, and work schedules so you can see what’s right for you? Companies utilize temporary staff to fill the gaps in their workforce or increase their workforce to meet surges in demand.

As a temporary employee, you are employed by InGenesis and work at one of our clients’ locations to supplement their workforce. Temporary assignments can vary in length from a couple of days to many months. At the end of your assignment, you can continue to work for us on a different assignment. Temporary placements allow you to:

  • Gain work experience
  • Avoid gaps in employment
  • Earn money while you continue to search for a permanent position
  • Develop new skills

Temp-to-Perm Placement

In a temp-to-perm placement, you will work for one of our clients for a trial period. This trial period – usually 90 days – allows you and the client to evaluate each other and determine if the assignment is a good fit. If all goes well, you will end your assignment with InGenesis and become an employee of our client. We do not charge any fees for placing employees in permanent positions. The temp-to-perm option allows you to:

  • Increase your chances of securing permanent employment
  • Perform a full assessment of the company before you decide to become a full-time employee
  • Develop new skills and gain work experience utilizing your capabilities

Direct Hire

Direct hire placements connect you with our clients to obtain a full-time position. For direct placements, you work with an InGenesis recruiter to determine your best options. We present you to our client for an interview. Upon hire, you work directly for our client. We do not charge you any fees for a direct hire placement.
