InGenesis is committed to sustainable business practices and the highest ethical, social, and environmental standards. Our suppliers are required to treat workers with dignity and respect, provide safe working conditions, and maintain ethical business practices. These guidelines and more are laid out in the InGenesis Supplier Code of Conduct.

The InGenesis Supplier Code of Conduct establishes the guidelines and principles of maintaining business with us. It details our expectations of suppliers, and protects our reputation and business goals by implementing our commitment to national and international guidelines for business, environmental, and human rights principles.

InGenesis’ strategy to engaging suppliers in the Code of Conduct includes:

Accountability: All suppliers are required to adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct as part of their supplier contract. The Supplier Code of Conduct applies to InGenesis suppliers and their subsidiaries, affiliates, and subcontractors providing goods or services to InGenesis.

Engagement: All suppliers must understand the InGenesis Supplier Code of Conduct and confirm they have received and read the document.

Assessment: InGenesis assesses supplier compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct. Violations of the code may impact the supplier’s ability to do business with InGenesis.

Mitigation: Mitigation actions are developed with the supplier based on findings of non-compliance.
