InGenesis is one of the largest U.S. workforce solutions companies owned by a minority woman. As a certified MBE/WBE, we are committed to making diversity an integral part of our business model. We recognize that the inclusion of diversity companies in our supply chain provides a competitive advantage that supports our business objectives.
We advocate the development and advancement of minority-owned, woman-owned, and underrepresented suppliers. Our goal is to provide procurement and development opportunities to diverse suppliers, allowing them to grow within the InGenesis supply chain and in the open marketplace. Through our supplier development program, hope to offer qualified diversity companies the opportunity to succeed.
InGenesis has a comprehensive diversity supplier development program to encourage and foster the continuing growth of small and diverse businesses. Our diversity supplier development program aims to assist businesses in obtaining certifications, financial assistance, and managing compliance issues. Our Supplier Relations team works with suppliers to share best practices so they can continue to improve their operational processes as they grow. The program ensures that our small business and diversity suppliers don’t go unnoticed in our supply chain and are able to contribute to the competitive advantage of our clients.
